Summer Templin Culp
With a BFA in Dance from CU Boulder and a serious passion for movement, Summer brings technical expertise, somatic intelligence, and individualized care to every student. Having spent the last 15 years as both a dancer and dedicated dance educator in the Denver Metro area, she excels at creating organized, supportive, and thriving environments for young artists. Summer believes that well-rounded, healthful, and holistic training helps dancers build not just technical skills, but a strong work ethic and unstoppable self-confidence. She is thrilled to share her energy, experience, and love for dance with the MCDA family!

Kshitija Saturdekar
Kshitija C. Saturdekar, originally from Mumbai, India, is a dancer, choreographer, and nature lover based in Colorado. In 2026, she is celebrating twenty years as a professional dancer and teacher. She has trained globally under renowned instructors in Hip-hop, Contemporary, Jazz, Indian Classical, and Bollywood styles, and her professional journey has taken her to Austria, Singapore, Australia, France and across the USA. Kshitija holds an MFA in Dance with an emphasis in Choreography and Hip-hop studies, an MA in Sociology, and a diploma in fashion and textile design. She enjoys her time teaching at MCDA and loves working with her dancers! In her free time, Kshitija enjoys reading, hiking, trying new restaurants, and FaceTimes with her family.
Gretchen LaBorwit
Gretchen LaBorwit is thrilled to be back with all the wonderful dancers at MCDA! Gretchen started her love of dance with ballet at the age of 7 and then soon found jazz, tap, and modern and she was hooked. She completed her undergraduate at Point Park University with a concentration in Jazz Dance in 2008. She performed with numerous companies in Pittsburgh including kNot Dance and the Pillow Project. In 2012 she moved to CO and performed locally with Evolving Doors Dance and Cindy Brandle Dance Company. In 2020 she completed her Masters in Fine Arts from CU Boulder with a concentration in Film and Photography. Most recently she has performed with Viskosity Dance and Mountain Summer Dance Project. When she isn’t dancing, she works as a server and manger at the Boulder Cork and during the day hikes dogs with Boulder Doggie Adventures.
